"Minor league pro football is a weird universe filled with bounced checks, unpaid bills, empty promises, out-right lies, empty arenas, endless women, endless booze, occasionally drugs, endless trips on rented buses to towns on the outskirts of the Big Time and, for one night a week, a football game." -- Bill Shea
The Natasha Lindsey Story Monday Night on the CS-360 Show
October 29, 2011
Natasha Lindsey just wanted to play professional football. The only platform that offered women a chance to play the sport they loved as a professional was the Lingerie Football League. (LFL) Natasha was well aware of the risks involved in playing full tackle football. Natasha purchased the LFL health care coverage to have a piece of mind knowing if she suffered injury the LFL would step up and take care of her.
Natasha would learn the hard way the LFL didn’t seem to want to pay, when one of their athletes gets injured. It would take Lindsey five months just to get an M.R.I. of her knee even though Natasha got hurt playing in the LFL. The league wanted the doctors to perform an M.R.I. for free. Lindsey would have to suffer through countless e-mails she received from the league and the Doctors. Even though the doctors were trying to work on getting the M.R.I. at a deeply discounted rate, it wasn’t good enough for the LFL
The League would even try to send Lindsey to a doctor in Los Angeles once who couldn’t even find a place to perform the surgery.

The CS-360 Show Another Look At Mortaza’s LFL Treatment Of Injured Players Kelli Leabu Live
November 6, 2011
If you have seen the last two Cleveland Sports 360 shows, you already know how Mitchell Mortaza’s Lingerie Football league treats the players who suffer injuries. This week joining us live in the studio will be Kelli Leabu, another LFL player who suffered a torn A.C.L.. Be sure to tune into the Cleveland Sports 360 show and find out the story behind the LFL.
Kelli Leabu who played for Mortaza’s Chicago Bliss team. Kelli payed the league for their so called health insurance only to find out when she tore he A.C.L. the league came up with excuse after excuse after excuse why they didn’t want to file her claim and pay for the surgery to have her knee repaired. This seems to be the on going story as to how Mortaza’s LFL takes the money from these young ladies that want to play football and then when they get injured the League doesn’t want to pay.
Mortaza’s LFL has left more than one of its players to fend for their selves. Kelli thought her LFL health policy that she paid for would be there for her only to find out after her injury she was left alone by the Lingerie football league to get her knee repaired on her own. How long is Mitchell Mortaza going to be allowed to do this to players?
