Just a few interting things I noticed: 1. Sf beat more unique teams to start the season (9) than Lehigh has beat in both the last 2 seasons combined (5). They beat Richmond 3 times and Fariabnks once last year. This year they beat Chicago twice, Reading 3 times and Cedar Rapids once. 2. SF has 4 more wins this season than Lehigh has for both the last 2 seasons combined (10). 3. In the event that SF wins the United Bowl they will have won as many games at home as Lehigh has won total games for the last 2 seasons combined. (10) I dont really have a point to this just interesting I thought. Lehigh's starting from scratch in the best indoor league around. It takes awhile to compete with a lot of these established teams. Right now they probably feel great about being in the playoffs, but after Saturday night they might not feel as great. after what they did to Omaha first then SF tonight do we still want to call this the best Indoor league?

Like CF4L said.. if the IFL is the best, indoor football hasn't gotten any better in the last decade

Like it or not, they're the best indoor league around. A lot of us are upset with them, myself included, but all the leagues have issues of some form or another. This offseason will be interesting though. #ComeBackBEEF

exactly, BC. Which shows how truly awful indoor leagues are right now.
Someone please step it up!

They need work, but the past was no better either. Maybe one day we can get an ideal league, but nothing is ever truly ideal (there's always something, even the NFL isn't perfect).

It appears alot of us have the passion, but none of us have the funds.

Riggs' wife and kids are here. His daughter has a homemade sign that says "I Love the Coach"

Also, the big screens in the arena are showing a picture of "the van" with the caption "For this? Really?"

Ha ha. I hope Riggs can at least make a speech, or if he can't be there that he made a video for TB's jersey retirement.

And, I think they used my youtube clip of "the catch" during the video... Hopefully they put that up on youtube this week. as always I had trouble hearing ;-)
It looked like a good crowd until I can hope and watched the replay.. the east side (my side) was basically empty except for Section O. And Rocky never came and visited, I had 6 seats open to my left after the mom and kid found out they would have to stand.
