A journeyman that just so happened to spend two years in indoor football playing for the Sioux City Bandits from 2004-2005 after finishing up at nearby Coe College... No one knows that unless you've watched the NFL network documentary on him, or saw him run roughshot on your team for two seasons.
760 yards rushing in 2004 with 302 receiving (http://qkstats.net/nifl/SCB.HTM) 1770 Yards rushing in 2004 and 442 receiving (http://www.qkstats.net/scbandits/2005/banditsindex.html)

I have relatives in Sioux City and I live in rural Iowa.

2005 he had the 1770. I try and forget. There are two things I remember about 2005, ok 3... 1. Fred Jackson 2. Selling your new QB on eBay doesn't work 3. The seats in the lower level of the SF arena are not attached to the floor* *Take note IFL staff coming to Sioux Falls next week.

By the time they leave my chair will be a Loving popsicle stick. Also, I am unfamiliar to the QB on Ebay event that you speak of...enlighten me

Also, I am unfamiliar to the QB on Ebay event that you speak of...enlighten me Ahh... memories... OK so picture if you will mid-2005 and a new (to us) quarterback named Terrance Bryant, or something like that, was struggling to get his head wrapped around Coach Riggs scheme. It was a very frustrating time to be a fan, especially with all the hype TB had coming in. On a messageboard that about 4 of us current users used to post to (danthefan.com) I started a thread wondering if we could sell Terrance on eBay... I think we reached 20 some pages... Turns out he just needed to sit behind an Realtor (Rob Fagnan) for a couple games.. who knew...

On the famous chair game I sat next to some kids who talked crap to me about how good the Storm were all game. I didnt respond just tried to ignore them. When the Bandits won I looked at them said something. Their response... "We dont ever care about this team, we just came because we had free tickets".

As far as Fred Jackson, without playing for Sioux City, he probably would not have made it to NFL Europe. Of course it was his connection with Marv Levy that got him on a NFL roster, but without Indoor Football to compete in after college, he may have never played football again.
