Moved all Stadius threads under GENERAL INDOOR DISCUSSION since this league seems less and less likely to go anywhere. Rumors of Mr. Loomis starting this league to try to increase value of his defunct Fort Wayne Firehawks team for sale seem pretty close to the mark. The press release the league released was vague at best and to date no league website has been setup and no team confirmed to play in the league.
-------------------------------------------------------------
Teams that may be a part of the Stadius Football Association potentially starting play in 2012:
NO CHANCE IN H Chicago, Illinois Corbin, Kentucky Dayton (Ohio) Silverbacks Erie, Pennsylvania Fort Wayne (Indiana) Firehawks (still need a venue first) Kalamazoo, Michigan Lansing, Michigan Louisville, Kentucky Peoria, Illinois Rockford, Illinois Toledo, Ohio

I heard Fort Wayne will join this league. I would really want to see Marion, Dayton, NKY, and Cincinnati join, I would be so happy. I'm afraid the CIFL is done for too.

Tim, that's why I put them as questionable. NO team has committed yet.
SonicRules831, Fort Wayne needs a stadium deal first.
Never say never on CIFL, some cockroaches are extremely hard to kill.

Like we suspected, Fort Wayne is the only committed team (without a venue no less) and is also the entity running the league (no surprise there).
I read some speculation somewhere that the Fort Wayne owner, Loomis, was basically trying to get people interested in buying his team again...very possible.
I think the only way this league gets off the ground is if the remaining CIFL teams bolt over. If that doesn't happen then I think this doesn't get beyond Fort Wayne.
Seiter's comments on the certain teams expressing interest still sounds like bs to me as all but Fort Wayne and Northern Kentucky denied it. I don't think any of them had even heard of the league before that release.
Paul Reeths of OSC talked with Seiter and the highlights of the conversation are below:
