The Allen Wranglers of the Indoor Football League (IFL), along with general manager and future Dallas Cowboys Ring of Honor member Drew Pearson and Allen Wranglers owner Jon Frankel, have formally extended a contract offer to former Dallas Cowboys wide receiver Terrell Owens for the upcoming 2012 Wranglers season which will include seven home games at the Allen Event Center in Allen, Texas. The compensation package, which is within the rules of the Indoor Football League, would be $250,000 up to $500,000.

I heard another IFL team offered TO a contract to play for 225 dollars a game, housing for the season and meal coupons.
Sounded like a generous offer to me but he turned it down.

New Mexico Stars and an Arena team offered him a contract before they did. It's becoming a publicity stunt circus now.

but wait, there's more.. and the fact that the league had to put this out there says a LOT... www.oursportscentral.com/services/releases/?id=4313566Richmond, VA: The Indoor Football League supports its teams who are trying to sign NFL veteran Terrell Owens. Efforts are continuing with team's negotiations into this week. Last week, the IFL's Allen Wranglers, offered Owens the standard IFL wages to play for the suburban Dallas team. In addition, team owners offered a substantial wage for employment with their consulting firm. SO now we all know. The owners can put players on their (non team) payroll "legally"... shove it Bob Scott...

That's just more ridiculous PR.
The reality is that T.O. has no desire to do a Peter Warrick, his ego's waaay too huge for that.
