www.oursportscentral.com/services/releases/?id=4378460 Running back Andre Crenshaw and Brandon Walker each added two touchdowns last week, bringing Crenshaw's season total to six for the season. On the receiving end of the ball, Carl Sims and Clinton Soloman each have eight touchdowns and Lorenzo Brown leads the team with 26 receptions. (Crenshaw was traded to Titans for WR James Terry this week, so Brandon Walker will likely carry the rushing load - BC)Defensively for the Storm, Dejuan Fulghum and Sean Kelly lead the team with 32 tackles and 2.5 sacks, respectively. Curtis Thomas and Justin Welch each have two interceptions. Quarterback Perry Patterson, who has 17 touchdowns and seven interceptions for the season, leads Chicago. Linebacker Lenny Radkte is currently second in the league with 55 total tackles while wide receiver Ernest Jackson is averaging 81.8 receiving yards per game.
Either Walker, or wouldn't be surprised to see Blake Wilson get a start at RB

So do the Storm have any actuall competition this year, or should we just crown their ass?? Next week at Allen and May 26th at Tri-Cities. Those will be the true tests. According to Riggs, they requested to play both teams during the regular season and offered to travel for both games in order to make it happen. They did the same with Reading but were thinking at the time it would have been a more competitive team out in PA.

I wish the Bandits had a chance to play them. The APFL is kind of boring. But then again if we just lost to the Storm another four times, the APFL rocks.

I'll be the lone vote for Chicago. That way if they win I will look really smart and finally get the street cred I deserve on this site.

38 all at half. We definitely have a game, but I still expect the Storm to pull away in the second half.

I have not verified with stats, but there was a point in the first half where it seemed Chicago ran the ball every play for a quarter and a half..

also of note: Anthony "Big Daddy" Thomas becomes the first player ever to be on the active roster of Sioux Falls and Sioux City at the same time. Not sure how long Davis is out, but Big Daddy is a very capable replacement, and depending on Cory Johnsen's groin, (there's a phrase that makes me shudder) It may be worth keeping him around to fill in at nose (the position is plays for the Bandits)

Thomas played yesterday? ... wow.
Just checked the transactions and you're right, he was signed by the Storm on 6 April.
I guess he won't be playing for Sioux City anymore then (Bandit fans can be heard crying).
