Mississippi, Erie and Johnstown have been removed from the UIFL site and the message board. The Sting are still there.

Updated the first post to reflect those changes, thanks.
I've been waiting for them to remove those teams. I didn't think any of them would be back, but I had a suspicion that Haines might let Bollinger return since the majority of "real" teams bolted.
I wonder if the Sting are still owned by Bollinger or not? Kind of weird to see them back and not Johnstown as well.

Ah, thanks. I imagine they'll move South somewhere as the North should be abandoned at this point (we all saw that coming).

They said another team up north will still be announced. But I agree they should stay south. The whole 3 teams in Florida thing is pretty awesome for those 3

Updated the status of the first post to reflect Western PA relocating to Miami (thanks gatek99). Also added rumor of Indy folding before the season kicks off (if they do play the over/under on GP will be 4).
So this puts the teams returning from last year at 2 regular teams and 2 travel-only teams (who didn't finish the season). Yep, they're getting closer to the AIF every month now.

Indy is going to have a rough time if this guy does not have a lot of cash.
Missouri Florida x 3 Georgia
those are his trips....wow

Mr. Haines said that the league had nothing to do with setting up the South Florida Sting, so he is either bluffing or the sting will not be in Miami

Indy owner says he has the cash, but he's hesitant about the UIFL's stability (he did his research on the league after he joined, which says a lot).
The Sting logo on the South Florida twitter is the same Sting logo the UIFL used for the Western PA logo. I have my doubts that they didn't set it up, lol.

Where would Indy best fit?

The stability would be fine with all these florida and georgia team. Indy just does not make sense

I tried that South Florida Sting link on Twitter and came up empty. Did I read it wrong?

Indy's best fit would be with the CIFL.
The South Florida Sting twitter link did work (I went to it), so they probably deleted the account. Someone jumped the gun announcing the team probably, and they later realized it wasn't going to work, so they are denying it flat out. Sting will probably resurface later, relocate elsewhere, or die.
