The RiverCity Rage have moved to the Atlantic Division for 2009 and the Bloomington Extreme have departed for the Central Division.

Okay I know i've been taking my traditional offseason hiatus but why in the hell was this move made? I mean it literally doesn't make since. One of the biggest problems the Rage have always had is never having a traditional rival because they change divisions every freakin year. This isn't going to help that cause.

I'll ask that question the next time I see someone who knows these things.

this move makes no sense...Rage fans will not travel to the east coast... sould of kept them in the central... already a very bad move for the new league and the Rage...

Ragefan, I agree with you this is a bad move. Bad financial times are going to hit many minor league teams hard and this could really hurt the Rage especially have to go to Maryland for a game.
Although the weird thing is looking at the schedule we still play Wichita 3 times for some bizarre reason. Gotta love those schedule makers. ;D

Not to mention all 3 of those divisional games on the road is difficult. Atleast we don't have have to go to Alaska at all.

At least the 3 games vs. Wichita should be a good shot at 3 wins! ;D

I've lived in Wichita for 15 years. Got a pretty good idea by now ;-)

Yeah- but I wasn't going to mention that. I said a good shot - not a guarantee!
