As of 23 July 2015:This chart is compiled from what I've heard only, but some things are left out or are uncorrected just because sources haven't given me permissions to update things. Quite a few XLIF teams may not be returning. *Returning team??? = May or may not be returning. When the schedule is announced and that team is on it, then they are 99% returning (it would be 100% but ask Harrisburg and New Mexico how that went). If a team announces it is folding or joining another league, then their status will be updated. *Seasons Completed, for the purposes of this graphic, is a total of how many seasons a team has "played" at least 4 games in a "pro" league per year (going light here, borrowing from the new IFL veteran rule that defines a player as a vet if he has played at least 4 games in a year). A team's history on this graphic is defined by whether or not ownership has intellectual property rights to the team's history. If a team's nickname was changed or the team relocated and changed names, but has the same owner, then it is up to the owner to define whether the history is carried forward or not.

Marion will most likely be rejoining a previous league. More to come ... as the indoor world turns.

Previous teams will be rejoining with some new faces. I've been asked not give any names as some discussions are still going on. They yet need to "cross some Tees and dot a few iii's".

Florida Marine Raiders are out of Lakeland, a new AIF team will take their place in the Lakeland arena. Mink is saying the Raiders will live on in a new city.
What is X League going to look like??

Can the PIFL depend on Trenton freedom to return? They had a dismal year at the gate, so I do have doubts.

Trenton has folded.
PIFL is likely done. Lehigh Valley to AIF, Erie to new CIFL, Columbus looking for a league, Alabama and Nashville will likely fold if not sold, and Richmond will likely fold as well.
New CIFL is partnering with a new league ran by Cape Fear called Supreme Indoor Football (I guess all the good names have been taken). They will add teams, but other than Cape Fear the SIF looks pretty weak (unless Columbus joins). CIFL will have Saginaw, Chicago Blitz, new Muskegon team, Erie, and Marion.

I saw Trenton going and LV heading to the AIF. I expect Buffalo to jump to the yet un-named Alliance. Yes the PIFL is probably gone. There could be one more unannounced surprise from a Midwestern city not currently fielding a team.

There could be one more unannounced surprise from a Midwestern city not currently fielding a team. Which if I am guessing correctly would be very stable since the team would be owned by the arena/baseball team. Jamie Farr & Tony Packos.

As of 24 August 2015:This chart is compiled from what I've heard only, but some things are left out or are uncorrected just because sources haven't given me permissions to update things. Only alignment that has been announced by leagues themselves is shown, the rest is considered rumors or pending until they're announced. Returning team??? = May or may not be returning. When the schedule is announced and that team is on it, then they are 99% returning (it would be 100% but ask Harrisburg and New Mexico how that went). If a team's nickname was changed or the team relocated and changed names, but has the same owner, then it is up to the owner to define whether the history is carried forward or not. Current teams are listed by the market they play in to better show the geography of each league. *Seasons Completed, for the purposes of this graphic, is a total of how many seasons a team has "played" at least 4 games in a "pro" league per year (going light here, borrowing from the new IFL veteran rule that defines a player as a vet if he has played at least 4 games in a year).
