I noticed that there is at least a temp site up. When did that go live? I know they used the map from the UIF at least for a start, but they should really (at some point) relocate Wichita to South Central Kansas. Good to see that the site is starting to take shape!

All that wait and the only thing that has been done is to change the logo and add team links on the front page??? Pathetic. Everything "under the hood" is still UIF info. Is this supposed to be a joke??

absolutely not.. that's the best they can come up with. The IFL has shown me, one of the most avid fans around absolutely freaking nothing this off season. They've brought teams in let some go, allowed others back in again, Lehigh Valley from what i hear... that will mean we won't even see a schedule until hopefully January. The IFL is full of fail at this point. I'd bet the odds are good we have a team fold half way through the season, along with all the other calamities that go alone with this very very familiar smell. My grandpa said it smelled like money.. I say it still smells like Bovine manure. I railed at length about this on IFF Here www.iffboard.proboards79.com/index.cgi?board=ifl&action=display&thread=1786basically to the point of calling out one of the owners that posts to the boards, and he's been conspicuous in his lack of posting ever since.

I had high hopes once the merger was announced, that have diminished fairly quickly, teams fold, that happens, teams bolt from the league as the case with LA bucs, w/e thats fine, but no press releases, no schedule, no final word on rules of the league, and not an updated website(by the way i think that is a complete joke, you can build an original decent website in a couple days tops). I have all the faith in teams, but the league as a whole as texx pointed out is full of fail. id rather have 10 solid teams that will play in a league that will play the whole season than start with 19 and drop to 16-17 by season's end.
As they say, time will tell, but I believe time is starting to run out

basically to the point of calling out one of the owners that posts to the boards, and he's been conspicuous in his lack of posting ever since. I appreciate any informed person with first hand knowledge reading and posting, whether it's an owner, front office worker, or player. I also realize there are times they need to avoid certain subjects or conversations, and I can respect that. They lose respect in the business world once they engage in arguing and school yard conversation. Sometimes a "NO COMMENT" is the best answer they can give when being attacked. I'm speaking generically, not specifically about this owner or situation. Responding to fans concerns is a good thing, joining into an angry debate is not.

There was no argument, nor was I expecting anything in reply to my rant. It just seemed weirdly coincidental the timing. If he's got nothing to say, super... but you'd think that with what should be a busy off season we'd have seem something, anything. But alas.. no...
We haven't heard anything since the debacle of the added teams. Half of whom won't make the start of the season, one who's been out then back in again, thus delaying the schedule. It's been a giant mess, and it's getting a little embarrassing.

It is - the IFL was supposed to be the league to stabilize things, and it's done nothing of the sort. They took teams from the CIFL, which only appears to be getting stronger without those teams. They lost the IFL's best organization (and replaced it basically with Katy times 3 1/2, which shouldn't have a bit of trouble...), and a couple other good ones.
The UIF wasn't doing anything to grow and would've probably died anyways, but it's been anything but impressive to see the IFL.

I know a website is a little thing but, if they can't do the simple stuff right then what about the big stuff?I have faith in IFL but little dumb things like website and expansions chips away my confidence in IFL. someone talk me off the ledge!
