It does look a ton better. However, there's not much content on there yet. The team rosters aren't loaded either. The few links available don't give that much. Don't get me wrong, I like the update, now they just need to add the content and regular maintenance to go with it.

i also dont like how they chose to put a Rage player and an Ice player on their banner. they could have atleast used Siouxfalls or Bloomington.

I know it's extremely minor, but having a GP category in the records graphic is really annoying. Not only does it make a 1-0 team appear to be 1-1-0, but if somebody can't count up the wins and losses to get a games played total, they probably don't know how to navigate their way to the website anyway.
That said, it is indeed progress. A scoreboard to follow games (even if it isn't it true realtime) would be a good start.

I say get rid of the games played column as well. They are using the scroll bar to update real time scores, but I haven't used it yet since there are so few games each weekend right now that I'm usually watching or listening real time. Once we hit the meat of the schedule where there are 8-9 games a weekend though, I might have that up.

The GP column of the standings obviously comes from Tommy Benizio's background in hockey. But, I agree, it really shouldn't be on there unless you're counting ties or overtime losses in the standings. Also, most of the teams' stats can be viewed in realtime at www.qkstats.net where the scores will update automatically. Not all teams are set up for this, but we're working on it.

I like the live stats initiative. I understand there will be issues, but I'm actually happy to have complete stats for a game at all, much less live ones.

Nice job on the live stats... We had them here in Utah Valley Thunder Monday and it made my broadcast that much easier. BTW, Brandon, how are you? Keeping Barney out of trouble. And you'll be pleased to know I'm getting that tooth worked on in May... The GP column of the standings obviously comes from Tommy Benizio's background in hockey.
