Which team do you think will win the Central Division in '09?

I went homer here and picked Omaha. Sioux Falls has to be the favorite for sure, but I'm so sick of seeing them on top and I think Omaha has the best chance of any team in this division of taking them down.

Who could go against Sioux Falls. Everyone lumped into 1 division instead of 2 may make a difference, but until someone finds a way to stop this team, they have to be the favorite not just to take the division but first IFL title
Omaha, this is actually my pick to make the run to knock off SF, but i dont think they will eventually do it
Sioux City, I like this team, but do i like them enough in the end
River City, could be the spoiler for teams down the stretch.. but making noise is all they may do
Wichita, things gotta get better then year 1 right?
1, Sioux falls 2, Omaha 3, Sioux City 4, River City 5, Wichita

No way Sioux City finishes over Omaha. Well there's one way, but it isn't happening. Nice dream though.

Omaha will finish ahead of Sioux city because they only play the Storm once. Someone please tell me that Dakota didnt have something to do with this. And how it makes sense.

If anybody has the advantage in scheduling for '09, it's Sioux Falls. They get a chance to gain a game and a tiebreaker with Omaha on their home turf. I'm in favor of playing a home/home with your entire division, but that's obviously not the case. As is, it's SF who stands to benefit by the single game with Omaha, unless the Beef can go on the road and win. To think anyone in the Beef front office had something to do with a schedule that makes Omaha go on the road to SF without a return game at the Civic is completely misguided.

I think that the league has (going back to UIF days) has been consistently random with scheduling. It didn't make sense last year, and it doesn't this year. If Dakota would have had his way, I would expect he would have at least made the one game a home game.

So playing the storm one time(1 loss) over 3 times(3 losses) is disadvantage? please get over yourself. I bet Sioux City would trade Scheduals in a second flat. Lets see if you were the Bills would you Rather have the Patriots three times or one time at their place? Simple answer. 1 time in foxbourough
